How do our workshops run?

Our workshops are highly interactive, involving participants writing and engaging in practice exercises where they are on their feet and communicating with others.

We have off-the-shelf workshops, and also build bespoke workshops for your exact requirements.

Most of our workshops are bespoke and include customisations so that they align with the strategic priority of each team or organisation.

We can also deliver training that is lecture-format for conferences or large workplaces where an interactive workshop may not be suitable.

Workshops generally range from 60-minute sessions to multi-day activities.

We also offer 1:1 training for university students, professionals, managers and more.

FAQS

  • We run three types of sessions - lecture format, workshop format, and applied improvisation format.

Lecture format - this is with the facilitator at the front of the room and an accompanying PowerPoint. Hundreds of people can attend this format.

Workshop format - this is with participants completing tasks (primarily written). This often involves pair work, and small group work. We recommend up to 100 people for these sessions.

Applied improvisation format - this is with participants completing verbal tasks and engaging in pair work or small group work. This can be held for up to 100 people, but room configuration is important.

Please arrange a meeting with us to discuss the best format for your team.

  • Most workshops are two hours in duration, but we can deliver workshops that go for any amount of time, from 60-minute workshops to multi-day activities.

We have a wide range of modules that can be customised for your unique requirements.

  • We can quickly provide a same-day quote for any of our workshops.

To provide a quote, we require information including the date of the workshop, duration of the workshop, number of attendees, and level of pre-workshop development.
